Welcome to the colorful world of NOUMì! At NOUMì we are dedicated to NOODLES – because you can never get enough of them.
Inspired by traditional Indochinese noodle dishes, we present you the handmade & colorful reinterpretation of modern soul food. Let yourself be enchanted by our creativity, variety of pleasures and aromas.
La “Nouille” – probably one of the most beautiful words in France. And the Vietnamese “Mì” is added very discreetly. Together they make “NOUMì”. What connects these two countries? Definitely the love of good food.
Siblings Bien and Tuyen have taken what everyone loves: Pho soup. With gastronomic skill, experience, originality and imagination, they have given the classic bouillon a new fascination. MENU
The more colorful, the better. We attach great importance to seasonal ingredients and exotic spices that serve all five taste senses. We serve you harmonious nuances and give every dish a special touch. The dishes on our menu and weekly menu are freshly prepared and lovingly presented. Grilled shiso leaf rolls, tilapia fishcakes, tenderly cooked beef goulash or homemade matcha cheesecake. There’s something for every palate! Of course, also for those who do without meat and animal products.

RESERVATION
Just as we can never get enough of pasta, we can’t get enough of you either. At certain peak times, however, we recommend a reservation. We are also happy to give you information about our catering and event offers.

In 1960 a hunter’s lodge was built in this street for the chief hunter of Hertefeld. A lot has happened since then. The culturally rich quarter around the busy Gendarmenmarkt has become the heart of Berlin. We have created a small oasis of well-being between the university, castle, cathedral, museums and theaters, where traditional design meets contemporary art. We don’t invite you to the hunt, but feel free to grab a portion of noodles! The hunter would certainly have liked our East Asian variations too.
